| 7. He started his TCS career in Delhi and later moved to Los Angeles before relocating to Chennai. |
| 8. As the CEO Designate, he will move to Mumbai for his new role. |
| 9. Krithivasan will officially assume the role of TCS's MD and CEO on 15 September 2023, succeeding Rajesh Gopinathan. |
| 10. He is a board member of TCS Iberoamerica, TCS Ireland, and TCS Technology Solutions AG. |
