Aroon Purie is a renowned media tycoon and entrepreneur, widely recognized for his significant contributions to Indian journalism. He is the founder-publisher and editor-in-chief of India Today, and has served as the chief executive of the India Today Group.
Purie is also the managing director of Thomson Press India Limited and the chairman and managing director of TV Today. He has held the position of editor-in-chief of Reader’s Digest India.
