7. During the 2020 lockdown, Anahita and her mother initiated a Parsi kitchen service, delivering home-cooked Parsi meals in Gurugram, expanding to Delhi NCR.
8. In 2022, in collaboration with entrepreneur Vishal Anand, she established the Glasshouse restaurant at Worldmark in Gurugram under Moonshine Food Ventures LLP.
9. Anahita released her first book, "Parsi Kitchen: A Memoir of Food and Family Book," on 25 June 2021, sharing recipes gathered from her culinary journeys.
10. She has appeared on MasterChef India and served as a judge on Femme Foodies.
