01/08/2022: Fahad joined the Samajwadi Party, and later, he became the president of Samajwadi Yuvjan Sabha, the youth wing of the Samajwadi party.
October 2024: Fahad quit the Samajwadi Party and joined the Nationalist Congress Party โ Sharadchandra Pawar (NCP(SP)), and was fielded as the party's candidate for the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election from Anushakti Nagar constituency.
