1. He was born in the Kalupur area of Ahmedabad to a poor Muslim family.
2. He faced challenges in finishing his schooling and experienced a difficult upbringing.
3. Starting out by selling tobacco at his father’s shop, he often argued with his father over money.
4. In his twenties, he decided to pave his own path.
5. He entered the world of illicit activities through a bootlegger named Allah Rakha, who operated a gambling den.
6. Transitioning from his association with Allah Rakha, he became a bootlegger himself.
7. Through his bootlegging activities, he established connections with policemen, criminals, smugglers, and politicians to expand his illegal business.
8. He gradually ventured into other criminal activities including kidnapping, extortion, and even murder, forming connections in Pakistan as well.
9. In 1985, he allied with Alamzeb to confront Pappu Khan, later eliminating Alamzeb to solidify his position as the top figure in the Gujarat Underworld.
