Details	Joined the Majeed Brigade of Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) on her 21st birthday in October 2023. Chose to become a 'fidayee' (suicide attacker) in January 2024 and underwent specialised training. Achieved notoriety as part of a significant attack on the ISI headquarters in Nushki, Pakistan, on 31 January 2026. Utilised a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) in the attack that resulted in the deaths of nearly 50 individuals, including at least 17 security personnel. BLA claimed her commitment to being a 'fidayeen' in 2025, preparing her for a suicide mission. Participated in Operation Herof Phase II, also referred to as Black Storm, a coordinated attack targeting military locations across Balochistan. Another suicide bomber, Hawa Baloch, coordinated an attack concurrently at the Gwadar Front during the same operation. After the attack, BLA disseminated images of Asifa Mengal in terrorist attire, elevating her profile within militant circles.
