| Career Journey | - Sapna Rana started working as a radio jockey and producer at Radio Mirchi in December 2002. She co-hosted the Hello Mumbai breakfast show on Radio Mirchi Mumbai.
- She quit in 2004 after two years of work. She began her career with Entertainment Network (India) Ltd. in December 2004 as a project manager. There, she managed coordination between the event agency, TV partner, creative agency, and artists for the 50th Filmfare Awards and Femina Miss India Pageant.
- She began working for Sony Entertainment Television’s reality series “Fame Gurukul” at Miditech in Mumbai in 2005 as an associate producer and contestant manager.
- Sapna Rana began working at Radio Mirchi in U.P. and Rajasthan in January 2006 as the cluster programming head and assistant vice president.
- She began working as the head of programming and assistant vice president at Radio Mirchi, Delhi and NCR, in November 2007.
- She returned to Mumbai, Maharashtra, in July 2010 and began working at Radio Mirchi Digital as the head of content and assistant vice president of the creative department. She was elevated to Head of Programming in December 2013 and Senior Vice President of West and Central’s regional programming in January 2016.
- Sapna Rana began her position as Saregama India Ltd.’s Content Head in March 2019. After two years of employment, she left in July 2021.
